1. Definitions In this contract, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings: QUT refers to Queensland University of Technology; Faculty of Law refers to the academic division responsible for the provision of legal education at QUT.
2. Scope Services The Faculty of Law at QUT shall provide educational and research services, as well as access to its facilities and resources, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations governing higher education institutions in Australia.
