Welcome to the official contract for the publication and distribution of the Nigerian Legal System textbook.

Contract Agreement

Parties Terms Conditions
This agreement is entered into by and between the Publisher and the Author, collectively referred to as “Parties”. This agreement is binding and shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. The Parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The Publisher, a registered publishing company in Nigeria, agrees to publish and distribute the Author`s manuscript titled “Nigerian Legal System” in print and digital formats. The Author warrants that the manuscript is original and does not infringe upon any existing copyrights or intellectual property rights. The Author grants the Publisher exclusive rights to publish and distribute the manuscript for a period of 10 years.
In consideration for the publication and distribution of the manuscript, the Publisher agrees to pay the Author a royalty of 10% of the net sales of the textbook. The Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this agreement and any proprietary information shared during the course of their business relationship.
This agreement may only be modified or amended in writing and signed by both Parties. In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the Parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Nigeria.
